How it works
1. Understanding Your Vision
Every journey begins with a conversation. I take the time to understand your hopes, preferences, and the way you love to travel—what excites you, what matters to you, and what you want this trip to feel like. This becomes the foundation for everything that follows.
2. Designing Your Itinerary
With your vision in mind, I begin shaping a personalized itinerary that balances inspiration, pacing, and place. This is where global experience and cultural fluency come together to reveal possibilities you may not have known existed. You’ll receive a thoughtfully designed plan that feels both elevated and deeply personal. I collect a research and quoting fee of $150 at this stage, which is applied to the cost of your trip upon booking.
3. Refining the Details
We refine the itinerary together, making adjustments if anything doesn’t feel quite right. Whether it’s timing, experiences, or the rhythm of the days, this step ensures your journey reflects you—beautifully and authentically.
4. Seamless Planning & Coordination
Once the itinerary is finalized, I handle the details: accommodations, transportation, reservations, logistics, and the small touches that make travel feel effortless. Everything is organized with care so you can simply enjoy the anticipation.
5. Support While You Travel
You’ll have access to your full itinerary and confirmations in one place, along with on‑the‑ground support should you need it. My goal is for your trip to unfold with ease, allowing you to be fully present in every moment.
A Note on How I'm Paid
You don't pay me — the vendors do. Hotels, cruise lines, and luxury tour operators build a commission into their pricing. When you book directly with them, they keep it. When you book through me, they pay it to me instead. Either way, you pay exactly the same price.
The research and quoting fee is $150 for most trips and is applied directly to your booking when you're ready to go. A higher planning fee may apply for particularly complex itineraries, say extended trips or highly bespoke itineraries. If that's the case, I'll always let you know upfront before any work begins.
What you gain is a seasoned and well-connected travel expert who knows the properties, has the relationships, and is firmly in your corner from the moment we start planning to the day you return home — at no extra cost to you.
