“Jess made the Italy portion of our family trip truly seamless from start to finish. From the very beginning, she helped us figure out where we wanted to go and then took care of all the details - from our late-night transportation from Pisa to Cinque Terre, to the hotel in Rome, train tickets and passes, tours, dinner reservations, and even the little things we wouldn’t have known to think about, like reserving our beach umbrellas ahead of time in Monterosso. Some of our favorite experiences of the entire trip came from Jess’s recommendations. She arranged an incredible sunset cruise in Cinque Terre, our Vatican skip-the-line tour, a cooking class that became another major highlight, and an Appian Way/Roman Aqueducts and Catacombs e-bike tour—something we never would have thought to book on our own and absolutely loved. She also found us a wonderful place to stay, Hotel Indigo in Rome, arranged our first-class train to Rome, and gave us great restaurant and food recommendations along the way. One of my favorite parts of working with Jess was how organized and easy she made everything. She provided us with an app where our entire itinerary was in one place, including reservations, confirmation documents, tickets, train passes, transportation details, and everything else we needed throughout the trip. Instead of digging through emails or trying to keep track of different confirmations while traveling, we could simply open the app and have everything right there. It made navigating a multi-stop international trip so much simpler. What impressed me most, though, was how incredibly thorough and thoughtful Jess was. She was always one step ahead of us. She helped with everything from luggage and packing recommendations before we left to checking in on us while we were actually in Italy and making sure our transportation and reservations were running smoothly. Traveling internationally with a family involves so many moving pieces, and having Jess handle the details allowed us to actually be present and enjoy our vacation instead of constantly worrying about what came next. Everything flowed beautifully while still feeling completely personalized to our family. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jess to anyone planning a trip—especially if you love traveling but don’t love the hours of research, planning, reservations, and logistics that go along with it.
